As a fan of sappy love stories, movies and novels, I adore when I meet a couple that seem to have jumped from a screen or the page. This blog post has been a long time coming and in just two weeks I’ll have the pleasure of photographing yet another chapter in their love story.

Meet Chris and Christine.

Not only are their names nearly the same, but they also share the same birthday. It’s not often that paths line up so perfectly, yet here they are. A path that has merged and grown into a love that has grown through the years.

My wee assistant and I met Chris & Christine this past weekend at their wedding venue in Ramona. The property is near and dear to Christine and is absolutely breathtaking. Their big day will be nothing short of perfect and I am so excited to be there! In the meantime, here are a few of my personal favorites from their engagement session in renown Balboa Park.
